Link Click Service Ltd

Purpose
This Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy defines the procedures and standards adopted by Link Click Service Ltd to prevent its products and services from being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity.

Scope
This policy applies to all clients, employees, and partners of Link Click Service Ltd and covers all services provided under its platform, including virtual cards, digital wallet operations, and payment processing.

Customer Identification
To comply with international KYC requirements, the Company verifies the identity of all users through official government-issued identification and other relevant information before activating services. The verification may include:
  • Full legal name
  • Date of birth
  • National ID or passport
  • Proof of address
  • Source of funds and/or income information

Ongoing Monitoring
Customer activity is monitored continuously to detect suspicious or unusual transactions. If the Company detects potentially illegal or high-risk behavior, it reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account and report the activity to the competent authorities.

Risk Assessment
All customers are assigned a risk profile based on geography, type of service used, transaction patterns, and other indicators. Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) is applied to customers and transactions deemed high risk.

Record Keeping
The Company maintains all KYC and transaction records for at least five (5) years after the termination of the business relationship, in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Reporting Obligations
Link Click Service Ltd complies with all legal obligations to report suspicious activities to the relevant financial intelligence units or supervisory bodies.

Data Protection
Customer data is stored securely, processed only for verification and compliance purposes, and never shared with unauthorized third parties.
