User Agreement Terms of Service

By registering and using the services of Link Click Service Ltd, you agree to comply with this User Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations.

The Company provides virtual card and digital payment services allowing users to make international transactions and manage digital funds.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. The Company may restrict access to users from jurisdictions where its services are not permitted by law.

You agree to complete KYC verification and provide accurate information. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts with incomplete or false data.

You agree not to use the services for:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud
• Trading illegal goods or services
• Gambling or adult content payments (unless explicitly authorized)
• Circumventing sanctions or financial restrictions

All applicable service fees are disclosed on the website and may change with prior notice.

The Company provides services on an “as is” basis. It is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.

The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if it suspects a violation of this Agreement or applicable law.

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, unless otherwise specified.
